We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic individual to join our team as a Client Care Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital support role for the entire hospital, helping our clients and their pets feel welcomed and appreciated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service skills, creating a welcoming environment for pets and their owners
  • Schedule appointments, admit and discharge pet patients, and manage the front desk
  • Process invoices, create estimates, and handle payments
  • Assist with general housekeeping duties, maintaining a clean and organized reception area
  • Develop a strong understanding of veterinary services, medical office procedures, and assist the veterinary staff with various tasks
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
