At Market Lane Early Learning Centre, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering staff consultation and grievance procedures, assigning projects to subordinates, and coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals. This role will also involve directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily operations, and planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies and programs. Additionally, the HR Coordinator will manage training and development strategies, oversee the preparation of reports, respond to employee questions and complaints, and conduct performance reviews. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

* Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
* Assign projects to subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labour relations, and employee relations
* Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
* Direct and control daily operations
* Evaluate daily operations
* Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs
* Manage training and development strategies
* Oversee the preparation of reports
* Respond to employee questions and complaints
* Conduct performance reviews

Requirements:

* 5-10 years of experience in human resources
* Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
