Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing budgets, and coordinating events.
- Supervise and train other staff members to ensure they are meeting their job responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage contracts and negotiate with vendors to secure the best possible deals for the restaurant.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to our guests.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure we have everything we need to operate efficiently.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the restaurant.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as business administration or hospitality management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, management, and guests.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Simply Accounting.
