Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Circle K. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the daily operations of our store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Staff Management: Manage and supervise staff, assigning duties and responsibilities as needed.
- Market Research: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, implementing price and credit policies as needed.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, providing training and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, ensuring that all staff are paid accurately and on time.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
