We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at CIRCLE K. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our operations, overseeing daily activities and ensuring seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Oversight: Direct and control daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of tasks and duties.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Staff Management: Manage staff and assign duties, providing guidance and support to ensure team members are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Market Research: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
  • Product and Service Management: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer demand.
  • Price and Credit Policy Implementation: Implement price and credits policies, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulations.
  • Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, ensuring a high-performing team.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely payment of staff.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
