- Market Research: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and to identify opportunities to increase sales.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold in our store, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers.
- Price and Credits Policies: Implement price and credits policies, ensuring that they are fair and competitive.
- Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, ensuring that they are able to perform their duties to the best of their ability.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, ensuring that all staff are paid accurately and on time.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
