We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at 1414728 BC Ltd. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
- Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Train Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures: Provide training to our staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to perform their roles safely and effectively.
- Estimate Ingredient and Supplies Required for Meal Preparation: Estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Ensure Food and Service Meet Quality Control Standards: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, ensuring that customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
- Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that we provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales, and Wastage: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have the necessary data to inform our business decisions.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, sales, and other relevant data, ensuring that we have the necessary information to inform our business decisions.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
