We are seeking a skilled and reliable Nursery Worker to join our team at ART'S ENTERPRISES LTD. As a key member of our horticultural team, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and beauty of our plants and trees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cut and prune horticultural crops to ensure optimal growth and health
  • Perform greenhouse cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Weed and remove unwanted plants to prevent competition for resources
  • Assist in pruning trees, shrubs, and plants to promote healthy growth and development
  • Mix and prepare soils to meet the specific needs of our plants
  • Apply fertilizers and other treatments to promote healthy growth and development
  • Dig up wrapping rootballs of trees and shrubs to prepare for transplanting
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
  • Physical ability to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods
  • Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
Working Conditions:
  • Work outdoors in various locations, including gardens and greenhouses
