Nursery Worker Job Description

At ART'S ENTERPRISES LTD, we are seeking a skilled Nursery Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the care and maintenance of horticultural crops, including pruning, weeding, and fertilizing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in pruning trees, shrubs, and plants
  • Weeding and maintaining soil health
  • Applying fertilizers and other plant care products
  • Cut horticultural crops
  • Greenhouse cleaning
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail. The work site will be outdoors, with exposure to wet/damp and hot conditions.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in horticulture or a related field
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
