NAIT is a dynamic institution that makes a difference in the lives of students, staff, and industry clients and partners. As a Strategic Finance Director, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational excellence and contributing to the institution's success.

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to oversee several critical functional areas, including Finance and Corporate Services, Facilities Management and Development, Information & Technology Services, Risk Management Services, and General Counsel Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership presence, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives.

The Strategic Finance Director will report directly to the President and CEO and be responsible for developing business plans aligned with NAIT's strategic objectives. This includes driving campus infrastructure transformation, providing strategic oversight for IT investments, and supporting Board committees. Additionally, the successful candidate will establish policies aligned with strategic objectives, mitigate financial and operational risks, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a CPA designation. A Master's degree is considered an asset. With 10+ years of executive-level experience, including financial leadership, the ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
