Job Summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team as a Strategic Talent Development Specialist. This role will be responsible for driving a communication and employee engagement strategy to promote a positive and inclusive work environment, while also supporting the development of a diverse and skilled workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Employee Engagement Strategies: Design and execute initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and overall well-being, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with HR, Risk Management, and other stakeholders to identify and address talent management needs, develop training programs, and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  3. Conduct Talent Assessments and Development Planning: Analyze employee performance, provide coaching and feedback, and create development plans to support career growth and succession planning.
  4. Manage Employee Communications and Feedback: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep employees informed about company initiatives, policies, and changes, while also soliciting feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  5. Lead Employee Recognition and Rewards Programs: Design and execute recognition and rewards programs to acknowledge and celebrate employee achievements, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  6. Monitor and Report on Key Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employee engagement, retention, and development, providing insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  1. 6-10 years of experience in human resources, talent management, or a related field.
  2. Negotiation and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
  3. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex talent management challenges.
  4. Strong analytical and reporting skills to track and analyze KPIs, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Education

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Master's degree.
