Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at TOPWEST CONSTRUCTION LTD. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit accurate production reports to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Oversee the training and development of apprentices and junior staff members.
  • Recruit and hire skilled workers and manage staffing levels to meet project demands.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects, ensuring that budgets are met.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 32 hours per week. The language of work is English.
