About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at 1000211983 Ontario Inc. as a User Support Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, often requiring in-depth research and troubleshooting.
  • User Training: Provide training and guidance to users on the effective use of computer systems, software, and applications.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues, solutions, and user feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other technical support teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless support and resolution of technical issues.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field, such as computer science or information technology.
  • Experience: At least 1 month of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, software, and network connectivity; excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
