- Collaboration: Work closely with other technical support teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless support and resolution of technical issues.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field, such as computer science or information technology.
- Experience: At least 1 month of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, software, and network connectivity; excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
