Rehab First Inc. is seeking a skilled Caregiving Specialist - Occupational Therapy to join our team.
About the Role:This full-time position involves working with clients in their communities, clinics, homes, or workplaces, providing individualized treatment plans and assessments for physical and cognitive capacities, mobility, and attendant care needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide occupational therapy services in various settings, including clinics, homes, and workplaces.
- Document client progress and prepare reports as required.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario in good standing or in process of registration.
- Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in community-based work.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Superior communication, problem-solving, time management, and documentation skills.
- A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle.
