Your primary duties will include:

* Maintaining and repairing production equipment and fixtures
* Providing technical support and decision-making during breakdown situations
* Applying knowledge and experience in preventive maintenance
* Writing reports detailing work required for repairs and maintenance
* Communicating with production supervisors to schedule machine downtime
* Analyzing and interpreting building drawings and technical literature
* Organizing and maintaining spare parts inventories
* Completing work orders and documenting time spent and parts used

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Electrician ticket
* Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English
* 1-2 years of experience working on food processing equipment
* Good understanding of AC and DC motors
* Excellent knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), servo motors, and servo drives
* Ability to create neat, accurate, and legible reports
* Ability to enter data into the computer/CMMS System
