Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at City Furniture (FSJ). As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide recommendations on products and services.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities and making recommendations to customers.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
