About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Proposal Content Developer to join our team. As a key member of our proposal writing team, you'll be responsible for creating compelling proposal content that showcases our company's expertise and value proposition.

Responsibilities

· Create, maintain, and update our technical and functional responses in our online repository.

· Perform detailed analysis of RFP/RFQ/RFI documents to assess requirements.

· Work with product management, documentation, and subject matter experts to prepare copy and generate compelling responses to RFPs, RFI's, and Technical Questionnaires.

· Review final proposal documents for responsiveness to evaluation requirements and comprehensiveness.

· Develop compelling proposal narratives that demonstrate the value of our company and products.

· Manage multiple proposal submissions and responses at once, including leading kick-off meetings and coordinating/communicating with stakeholder teams.

· Translate technical information into readable responses, ensuring content is persuasive and concise.

· Review proposal responses for content flow, organization, compliance to requests, format specifications, syntax/grammar, and unified tone of voice.

Requirements

· 3+ years of professional experience with a SaaS based software company as a RFP Writer or RFP Content Creator, Technical writer for a SaaS based software company, or Technical support/Customer service representative.

· A curious mind and ability to find answers by engaging with stakeholders to author and validate responses, and utilize them effectively in RFP Responses.

· Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills required.

· Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.

· Must be detail-oriented.

· Self-directed and able to work well without close supervision.

· Ability to convert complex technical information into everyday language easily understood by a general audience.

· Entrepreneurial, confident, and a self-starter with the ability to take initiative.

· Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
