Proposal Specialist

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Proposal Specialist to join our team on a 1-year contract. This is a hybrid opportunity to support our Toronto, Waterloo, or Montreal office.

The Role

The Proposal Specialist will work with a team to respond to sales proposals and requests for proposals to support our organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project management of RFPs from reception to submission, ensuring quality and timely responses
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to create impactful proposals to optimize the opportunity of retaining the business
  • Lead kick-off meetings to strategize action plans with subject matter experts, sales teams, and other key stakeholders
  • Work towards continuous improvements of the proposals process
  • Other duties as required
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3+ years of Proposal Writing experience
  • Familiarity with RFP software, such as Loopio or Ovidian
  • Experience in Marketing and/or Corporate Communications is an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Strong attention to detail
