We are seeking a detail-oriented Chemical Technologist to join our team at Premier Marine Canada Inc. in an exciting opportunity to ensure the highest quality standards in our food manufacturing process.

About the Role

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary of approximately $$65,000-$75,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain accurate records of production samples, experimental results, and ingredient specifications.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop programs for sampling and analysis, interpret results, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and product quality through regular inspections and testing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food manufacturing or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and MS Office applications.
