As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, podcasts, blogs, webinars, and events.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on strategy, target accounts, messaging, and lead generation efforts.
- Develop and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI on marketing spend.
- Manage SEO/SEM strategies to maximize visibility and attract high-quality traffic to our website.
- Lead and execute organic and paid social media strategy, including copywriting, content creation, performance monitoring, and community management.
- Produce video content for case studies, product announcements, podcast episodes, and advertisements.
- Identify areas for strong brand positioning and leverage industry trends and competitor activities to create opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Supervise demand gen specialist to ensure consistency, high-quality campaign execution, and continuous exchange of knowledge.
- 5+ years of Demand Generation experience in high-growth SaaS and Enterprise B2B environments.
- A growth mindset with the ability to experiment and quickly analyze the potential of the latest tools.
- Proven track record of using successful account-based marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting and presenting data to inform marketing decisions.
- Expertise in marketing automation systems and CRM tools to streamline and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, capable of crafting compelling messages for different audiences.
- Creative thinker with the ability to innovate, experiment, and execute growth strategies.
- Video editing and content creation skills for sales materials, webinars, podcast episodes, and social media.
- Ideal experience with using content, CRM, and design tools including Google Suite, Hubspot, Figma, Canva, Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience with live events, conferences, and tradeshows to optimize messaging and activities for lead generation and post-event nurture.
- Proficiency in pulling reports on specific campaigns and understanding the status of leads in the funnel.
- Strong understanding of the sales funnel, ICPs, and customer journeys.
- Project management skills to effectively deliver programs and create alignment across groups.
- Meticulous proofreading.
