Job Title: General Manager - Membership Organization

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our membership organization. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives and formulate policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
  • Select and delegate authority to middle managers, directors, and executive staff
  • Establish financial and administrative controls
  • Administer programs of membership organizations
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior management role
  • Proven track record of success in leading membership organizations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
