Accommodations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodations Manager to join our team at Howard Johnson by Wyndham. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and quality.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers for materials and services, and with clients for the use of our facilities.
- Financial Management: Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing plans to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees.
- Support for Youths: Participate in programs that support youth employment.
- Support for Veterans: Participate in programs that support veterans.
- Support for Indigenous People: Participate in programs that support Indigenous people.
- Support for Visible Minorities: Participate in programs that support members of visible minorities.
Requirements: 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in customer service, staff management, and financial management. Fluency in English is required.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week.
