Key Responsibilities:
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and quality.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers for materials and services, and with clients for the use of our facilities.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing plans to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Newcomer and Refugee Support: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees.
  • Youth Employment Support: Participate in government or community programs that support youth employment.
  • Veteran Support: Participate in government or community programs that support veterans.

Requirements: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, College/CEGEP education, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Work Terms: Permanent, 40 hours per week, English language.
