Accommodations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodations Manager to join our team at Howard Johnson by Wyndham. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies.
- Client Relations: Negotiate with clients for the use of our facilities.
- Financial Management: Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
- Marketing: Prepare marketing plans and implement marketing activities.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
- Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment.
- Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Veterans.
- Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.
- Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities.
Work Details: Permanent position, 40 hours per week, English language.
