Accommodations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodations Manager to join our team at Howard Johnson by Wyndham. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of staff to provide exceptional customer service.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for materials and supplies.
- Client Relations: Negotiate with clients to secure the use of our facilities.
- Financial Management: Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing plans to attract new clients and promote our services.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Participate in a government or community program that supports newcomers and refugees.
- Participate in a government or community program that supports youth employment.
- Participate in a government or community program that supports Veterans.
- Participate in a government or community program that supports Indigenous people.
- Participate in a government or community program that supports members of visible minorities.
Work Details: This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
