Senior Financial Restructuring Manager

As a Director, Financial Restructuring Group, you will play a key role in managing higher-risk Business Banking relationships and contributing to the Business Bank's economic profit. You will be responsible for restructuring and retaining good quality Business Banking clients, building Better Business Bankers through knowledge sharing, and maximizing recovery of funds and meeting pricing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of large classified accounts and complex loans, including cash flow loans and syndicated deals.
• Provide coverage to designated "Shadow" accounts domiciled within Business Banking.
• Work closely with the Business Banking network, internal partners, and external professionals to ensure credit risk is properly assessed and managed.
• Develop creative solutions to minimize risk and provide support and flexibility to clients during the restructuring period.
• Protect the Bank's assets by managing/using adequate risk monitoring systems and processes and evaluating each account's performance as it relates to the assessment and management of credit risk.
• Manage an Associate Director &/or CSO and ensure credit submissions meet required policies and standards.
• Establish loan pricing/fees commensurate with the risk profile of the account.
Requirements:
• 7+ years of business financial commercial credit experience to assess risk and develop creative solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance.
• Participation in associations as a source of networking and to expand areas of expertise.
