Capital Markets Director

This senior leadership position plays a pivotal role in driving revenue and market share growth strategy for Colliers International. The successful candidate will work closely with the President, Capital Markets | Canada to execute key business objectives.
About YouThe ideal candidate will possess 8-10 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a proven track record in client relationship management and business development. A Real Estate license is essential, along with strong relationships with institutional investors such as REITs, Public Corporations, Pension Funds, and other large entities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead business development and client relationship management efforts, identifying new opportunities to grow the client base.
- Manage and mentor junior team members in the preparation and completion of proposals, presentations, and other ad-hoc projects.
- Provide effective project management, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting client needs.
- Collaborate with Colliers Brokerage Advisors to enhance their capabilities and provide added value to clients.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range: $250,000 - $350,000 per annum, depending on experience.
