Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dynamic Duo Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, ensuring our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and sales records, providing accurate financial information to support business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a fast-paced atmosphere
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods
