Job Summary

HAKKA BOYZ is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including cooks, servers, and food preparers
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control standards
  • Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports on restaurant performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds
Work Environment

HAKKA BOYZ is a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will also be expected to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
