Job Summary

Arcadis is seeking a skilled Resource Optimization Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing the strategic planning, allocation, and mobilization of resources to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement resource optimization strategies to meet project schedule and budget objectives.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including Arcadis national and international design teams, and subconsultant organizations, to optimize resource utilization.
  • Own the overall Project Organization Chart and Project Resource Management Plan, including project recruitment processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with the wider Arcadis business and subconsultants to enhance resource identification and utilization.
  • Chair regular resourcing meetings with key project stakeholders, including subconsultants.
  • Monitor resource performance and produce resource performance reports for Senior Management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Major project management experience, with a focus on resource planning and optimization.
  • Stakeholder management experience, with a focus on building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with resource planning in a Design Build (DB) environment on major projects.
