Job Title: Executive Chef

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Farrier Pub. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as training staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Physically demanding
  • Repetitive tasks
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Work under pressure

Work Environment:

  • Restaurant
  • Rural area
  • Bar

Language: English

Hours: 40 hours per week
