Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at PV Cuisine. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare menus, including estimating food requirements and costs
  • Coordinate special events and buffets
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
  • Manage inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Organize and manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads
