Accommodations Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodations Manager to join our team at Airport Inn. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our accommodations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality guest experiences.
- Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for growth and development.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best materials and supplies for our accommodations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and revenue.
- Manage events and activities that promote a positive and engaging experience for our guests.
- Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees, promoting inclusivity and diversity.
- Assist newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition, helping them to integrate into our community.
- Participate in government or community programs that support youth employment, promoting opportunities for growth and development.
- Participate in government or community programs that support Indigenous people, promoting cultural understanding and respect.
- Participate in government or community programs that support members of visible minorities, promoting diversity and inclusion.
