Accommodations Operations Manager

We are looking for a skilled Accommodations Manager to lead our team at Airport Inn. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for daily operations, supervising staff, conducting performance reviews, and negotiating with suppliers and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and lead a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality accommodations.
- Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers and clients to secure the best possible deals for Airport Inn.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees.
- Assist newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition.
- Participate in government or community programs that support youth employment.
- Participate in government or community programs that support Indigenous people.
- Participate in government or community programs that support visible minorities.
