Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a strong background in teaching and research. You should also have experience in human resources management and a proven track record of developing and delivering training programs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in teaching and research in a university setting.
  • Strong knowledge of human resources management and talent development.

Working Conditions

This is a part-time regular professor position, with a workload of 39 hours per week. The course will be taught in French, and you must have a strong proficiency in the language.
