Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at GEOSAT ELECTRONICS LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the office team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, documents, and databases.
  • Communication: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, clients, and vendors.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including supplies, equipment, and facilities management.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports, including administrative statistics and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
