We are looking for a talented individual to join our sales team as a Regional Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for growing the company's revenue by implementing the business plan in terms of sales profitability, growth, and account penetration for the region, market, and portfolio under your responsibility.

Job Description

As a Regional Sales Representative, you will work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to provide market insights, adjust marketing strategy, and update customer profiles and needs data. You will also look for opportunities to grow existing and future accounts and build and maintain strong relationships with your customers to ensure excellent customer service and maximize profitability in your area.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and increasing revenues for assigned accounts;
  • Developing strategic plans for territories;
  • Presenting Novatech and our products to customers;
  • Supporting the creation and negotiation of contracts for accounts;
  • Validating quotes and pricing for all regions and markets within margin ranges;
  • Facilitating integration and ensuring a consistent approach to customers across the product range;
  • Establishing, developing, and maintaining key relationships at all levels of the account organization;
  • Utilizing and updating the CRM system.
