Job Overview

Bridgeview Immigration Consulting is seeking a skilled Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team and ensuring seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Information Coordination: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, including receiving, processing, and distributing mail, messages, and other materials.
  • Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and maintaining digital databases.
  • Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as maintain accurate records of office procedures and routines.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering electronic enquiries, and responding to telephone calls and messages in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in administrative operations or a related field.
