Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Speed Truck & Trailer Repair Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and overseeing office operations.
About the Role:
As an Administrative Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your duties will include:
- Implementing new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Reviewing and evaluating existing procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Delegating tasks to office support staff to ensure effective use of resources
- Establishing work priorities and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carrying out administrative activities such as assembling data and preparing reports
- Overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow in your career.
