Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and train Crew, Hourly Managers, and Apprentices to ensure they're prepared for future career opportunities.
  • Embody Chipotle's values and culture by demonstrating a management style that inspires and motivates your team.
  • Build sales and manage restaurant budgets to drive business growth.
  • Compile and maintain P&L statements, budgets, and cost controls to optimize food, beverage, and labor goals.
  • Implement and practice proper payroll procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform administrative duties on time, including processing required paperwork.
  • Communicate effectively with your team and guests in the primary language of the work location.
