General Manager Operations

We are a leading distributor of automotive parts and a global leader in the automotive aftermarket industry. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Distribution Center operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and direct the facility's management team to achieve operational excellence and drive business results.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels, optimize distribution processes, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to drive business growth and profitability.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a distribution or logistics environment.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence, improving safety and quality, and delivering business results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
