Reitmans (Canada) Limited is seeking a highly skilled General Manager to lead the RW&CO brand to new heights. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving profitable and sustainable growth, championing innovation, and guiding our talented team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
- Lead a high-performing senior management team to deliver exceptional results
- Champion a customer-centric mindset to enhance and support brand DNA
- Oversee day-to-day operations, maintain budgets, and optimize expenses
- Foster a culture focused on performance and collaboration
- Proven experience managing P&L, top and bottom line oriented
- A proven track record in growing and leveraging a brand while delivering growth and profitability
- A strong ability to develop and leverage their network and relationships within RCL and external stakeholders
- Bachelor degree in related field of study
- Fifteen (15) + years of progressive experience in retail with a minimum of 7 years within a senior executive role
