Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at ATS Automation. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior quality engineers and other team members.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a quality engineering or assurance role, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 requirements, as well as FDA 21CFR820.
  • Experience with automation and medical device industry quality requirements.
  • Hands-on working knowledge of measurement techniques and tooling.
  • Ability to read and understand CMM reports and engineering drawings.
  • Training in GDP and GMP.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team.
