Health Services Role

Northwood is a leading continuing care organization that provides innovative and responsive care to individuals in their homes and long-term care settings.

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Client Support Worker to join our Health Services team.

The ideal candidate will have prior caregiving experience and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily activities of living, personal care, and transportation
  • Provide respite for caregivers and engage clients in recreational activities
  • Work collaboratively with the Health Services team to ensure high-quality care and support

Qualifications:

  • Prior caregiving experience
