We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team at Sushi Raku Japanese Cuisine. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality sushi dishes to our exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, including sushi and other Japanese cuisine specialties.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Supervise and train junior staff members as needed.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English language.
