- Experience: A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic restaurant setting, focusing on the preparation of authentic Japanese dishes.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of complete meals or individual dishes, specializing in sushi.
- Conduct inspections of kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage the ordering of supplies and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas.
- Expertise in sushi preparation techniques.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
