Store Operations Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and leading a high-performing sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit targets through effective sales strategies and team leadership
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge among team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and secure work environment
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement operational plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- At least one year of retail experience, preferably in a jewellery or specialty retailer
- Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
- Availability to work days, nights, and weekends
- Competitive base pay plus commission on sales
