About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our Carquest Canada team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and employee supervision
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with district sales leadership and store operations leadership to implement sales campaigns and achieve profit plan goals
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of related store leadership, customer service, and sales experience in the auto parts industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Basic knowledge of accounting procedures and ability to read store financial reports
  • Computer knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word
  • Must be detail-oriented and have excellent mathematical skills
