About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 2748574 Ontario Inc. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Staff: Lead and direct a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the retail store.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints and issues, and provide excellent customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Work Schedules and Operations: Establish and manage work schedules, supervise and coordinate activities of workers, and maintain a fast-paced and efficient work environment.
  • Financial Management: Manage cash and maintain accurate financial records to ensure the integrity of the business.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
