Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 2748574 Ontario Inc.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members.
- Manage inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including supervising and coordinating activities of workers.
- Manage cash and maintain a high level of financial accuracy.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a rural retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of sales volume.
Security and Safety:The Retail Store Supervisor will be required to maintain a high level of security and safety in the workplace, including adhering to company policies and procedures.
Personal Suitability:- Accurate and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Reliability and punctuality.
The primary language of work is English.
Hours of Work:The Retail Store Supervisor will work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
